By registering for the Kreoto pre-launch waitlist, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for early access or submit your email address.

02. Pre-Launch Waitlist Rules

Kreoto is currently in a pre-launch phase. Signing up for our waitlist does not guarantee:

• Access to the beta test or final product.
• Any specific pricing models, discounts, or credits at launch.
• A specific release date or launch timeline.

You must provide a valid email address that you own. We reserve the right to remove any email address from our waitlist at our discretion if we detect spam, fraudulent activity, or invalid domain names.

03. Intellectual Property & Content

All brand identity, website copy, components, code, visuals, and marketing assets rendered on this landing page are the exclusive intellectual property of Kreoto and its parent entity, Webilume. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our explicit permission.

04. Limitation of Liability

This landing page and all features described are for marketing and pre-launch informational purposes. We provide this site on an "as-is" basis and make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability. In no event shall Kreoto or Webilume be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site or waitlist registration.
